Don't know if this has been suggested before ~
Currently, when you mouse over a thread, it shows you the top few lines of the original post. For auctions, it would be cool if there was a little pop-up (or something) that showed you how high the current bid is. That way, you wouldn't have to open the thread just to see where the bid was.

I have no idea how this might be accomplished, or even if it's a good idea. I realized I wanted this feature after running a few auctions where I had to re-open the thread each time someone made a new bid, to see what the new high bid was.
P.S. Namepros is cool :xf.love:

I think to accomplish this, you would have to have something similar to DNF's auction system, but if there is a way to do it, I am all for it. :D

Yeah would be a bit arkward, unless it picks out the highest number in the thread or something and dispalys that but youd, but it will probably mess it up and you end up with jetter4982 everywere lol. Youd need a new auction system wouldnt you? :hehe:

I was thinking of some kind of system that allows numerical selection for bids, and then automatically displays the number and the bidder's ID.
So, if you wanted to bid 37 NP$, you would select a 3 and 7 from the list of numbers. The person auctioning the domain would select NP$ as the currency at the beginning of the auction. So, based on a couple of clicks, the "High bid = 37 NP$ : Yandig" would show up as a mouse-over window.
Or something like that...
