The site appears to be in Dutch. I also read elsewhere that you must be a Dutch national to open an account there. Can you confirm that an American citizen can open an account at Transip, and that there is an English interface for the site (otherwise how would an English speaker manage the names?). I can confirm that American citizens can make an account but the interface is only in dutch.

To make it easier for all I will pay 50% of the transfer costs. Assuming that a .com transfer costs no more than $8 per name.
