Auction on the 29th of june

There is an auction on wensday the 29th of june 2005, i will be the auctioneer to add a domain to the que then please go here and submit, please read all the writing before doing so. it will begin in the chatroom at 7pm on the 29th(my birthday) have fun and by the way this is 100% unofficial.

NPG is only for real unofficial organized auctions, not just anounced here and there.

- "Official - UnOfficial" Auctions (by Xlusive and his Crowd)

I think everyone needs to come to some agreements on these auctions - It seems to me Everyone is trying to control their own "Day(s)" in the chatroom - and it isn't fair to folks who actually want to chat :imho:

Maybe we can get "Guru" Scott to add another room for auctions only :hehe:

I think we should have just the official RJ auctions, otherwise the fun would quickly die out, and ruin it for all. Just my 2 cents.

I think we should have monthly 'official' auctions, and bi-monthly 'unofficial' auctions

e.g.

Offical ~ 22nd of the month
Unofficial ~ 10th and 28th of the month

But back to the point. there should be rules tho. As RJ has giving permission ONLY to Mystic and Me to have live auctions organised for the "Official - UnOfficial" auctions every friday.

Yes people you heard ( seeing ) it right. weekly auctions only on friday! ( real organised ones, not just anounced in the forum. because this is not how it works! )
Because there is a 50 que domain max, all domains that arent sold goto the next week, and so on ....

I make backups of the auctions when they end so in case sh*t happens i can restore


So people please ignore all other auctions its just a waste of time because
1: they will use notepad or wordpad
2: they dont use a "official" system qualified by NP :P :imho:
3: you have to PM to get the data which has been the seller/buyer/price etc..
5: NPG is userfriendly fast and no waiting time to get your domain listed.

So people i can agree with the others. only the auctions help by RJ and his crows and Mystic, me and my Crows are just the real (official) organised auctions

I personally think that an official once a month and unofficial (Xlusive, Mystic, etc.) twice a month like Sabre said.

Because otherwise the demand will fade away and these will end up being every-day occurances; which is not what we want :hmm .

:o What's wrong with Hippies - lol - I was just being lazy and not typing all the Names out xlusive ....

And BTW - I love Live Auctions ... But it is a bother with so many different folks coming out of the Wood Work saying "Live Auction Now - Please stop chatting" .... If there are organized times Announced - Folks will be aware and possibly not surprised as much.

Once a week would probably be alright as long as People arent allowed to Enter the same domains over and over - That is what seems to turn folks off the most is seeing the same names every auction ~ Just my 2 Cents :blink:

once every 1 or2 weeks would be great, but using multiple systems etc, loads of people starting them up will get nowhere, me and Xlusive started this trend of unnoficial live auctions, and we would like everyone else to start these and end them, Why not just leave us 2 doing it, it doesnt get you popularity, its just a bit of fun we enjoy doing it, you are gonna take it away from us, me and Xlusive have permission this friday to hold one for 2 hours, hope you will all be there, then one in another 2 weeks hopefully

Personally, I think one official auction per month is plenty. Maybe 1 or 2 unofficial auctions, but I would say a maximum of 4 per month. I think we need to work out a schedule so that people know when the auctions are. Also, no offense to Mystic or xclusive, but I think all auctions should be run by a forum leader or staff. Things can get pretty chaotic, especially when the person in charge has no power to disipline the members acting up. It seems much more of a professional atmosphere when RJ or Scott is talking during an official auction IMO.
