At this time you will receive an unethical business infraction for failing to honor your binding agreement. Your auction was not over since it had not been 72 hours since the last bid in your thread. You are allowed to change your BIN but what you did was announce you were closing the thread at a certain time and the highest bidder at that time was the winner and changing the end time is not allowed.
