I would point out a few things about this sale that makes a $100 bid questionable at best, in my view:

1.) The domain is two months old
2.) The seller offers no stats
3.) SEO has obviously not been done; the site doesn't come up in Google using related keywords. It does show up as PR2, but without the SEO work, it's useless.
4.) It relies on content others authored, which raises a potential DMCA/copyright issue, as there's no proof the submitters posted their own content.

$100 would be a very reasonable price, but as a buyer, I would never bid $100 for this site, because of the above factors. I made a lower offer, and was rebuffed, which is fine, but I suspect the seller threw together a site and expected a payday after only two months.

This user tried to push me to sell him site very cheap. I consider that he acted absolute without respect to me personality. He has absolutely NO right to dictate what I should sell at what price. It's written that article source is article submission services that means that there is no copyright issues. I consider that nightshadpro tried to blackmail me to sell him site very cheap that makes him potential scammed. I want to bring everyone attention that dealing with such guy.

Administration - please pay attention to the actions done by nightshadpro to stop my auction going forward.

I did nothing of the sort.

All I did was point out the facts of the matter:

- No stats, by his own admission
- No SEO work at all
- No established history; the domain is two months old

I was quite respectful and factual. All I did was point out the possible reasons (above) why no bids have been made up to this point. I made it very clear that he could charge whatever he wants, but that with all these strikes against the site, I can't see anyone being willing to pay $100.

I would also point out that he tried to goad me into paying the $100 by making it seem as if the reason I wanted to pay less is because of budget issues. I consider this a selling tactic that is meant to play on emotions rather than facts, and the facts are this site has no proven history yet. That's all I was trying to point out.

But it's not ok to push people lower the price because you said so. You were not respectful to me. First you tried to push me to sell it low in the PM and when it failed you as revenge are trying to spoil my thread saying that I am selling total sh*t. Isn't it so?

My selling tactics is simple - i've put site on sale - no offer, well not always so sell something for a price you want. When auction starts at $100 that does mena it starts ar $100. I've replied to this guy nightshadpro that he'd probably better skip my thread if price is not ok for him. As revenge he tries to spoil my thread. I've had deals with such sort of guys at DP, as a rule - you always have problems with such buyers.

Quite simply, you ARE selling what could be called rubbish. Again, a successful site has an established history, including SEO results, proven stats, and things of that nature. That you don't have and/or provide such things is quite questionable. Not only that, but the domain was purchased two months. Obviously, you slapped a site together and are trying to make a quick sale. That's fine, if you have the stats and revenue to justify it.

You told me in PM that the site makes about $8 EUR in monthly AdSense revenue. I find that doubtful if the domain's two months old, but if true, it would take just over a year to recoup a $100 investment on a site that isn't optimized for SEO.

You call my reliability into question, but your tactics are dangerous. You want people to pay $100, and I offered you $60 *if* you found that no one else bid on it. You "forgot" to mention that, which goes to honesty. As a rule, you have problems with people who aren't honest.

I didn't push anything because I said so. I merely offered $60 *if* you should find that no one bids on this domain. But that doesn't fit into your accusations of me, so you "forget" to mention it.

I stand by what I said. It would be unreasonable, and downright stupid, for anyone to pay $100 for a site (ANY site, not just yours) that has NO stats (you've been up for two months and have NO stats? How is that?), NO SEO work, and NO evidence that the $100 would be a wise investment.

I find it's always a red flag when any seller doesn't provide stats at the very least.

Well and when I've replied to you that I am not interested as the auction starts at $100 you've started to through rubbish into my face. I consider that if person is not interested you should pass by but not starting to describe why do you think item is sh*t. That's what I call disrespect and that exactly what scammers usually do.

And scammers ALWAYS try to sell domains with no stats, and no track record.

I didn't throw rubbish in your face, but I did state facts. How can you expect anyone with any financial sense to pay $100 for a site with no SEO work, no stats, and no real track record? Would YOU?

You like playing the innocent victim, but the reality appears to be that you tried to push your garbage onto other people, and I merely pointed out the things that intelligent domainers look for.

Good luck with your domain, but consider my offer withdrawn. If you find that someone bids on it, then great, but if not, then look back on this thread and realize that the offer I made was quite reasonable given the severe lack of any check marks in your domain's plus column.

Hi, from what ive read night is just making a offer so im not sure how hes a scammer but anyway as per forum rules you have to provide proof of traffic and revenue anyway:

The following information MUST be included in your sales thread, as per the NamePros Marketplace terms of use.

* Domain Registrar
* Expiry Date
* End Date/Time
* Price (or Starting Bid + BIN)
* Traffic proof
* Revenue proof

That should sort that out.

Thank you, Alex. I am absolutely not a scammer. If I were, I wouldn't be posting. At any rate, I think he just threw that tag out at me because he expected me to run away.

You are right, the forum rules do require stats, and he's failed at that, which may be why he has no bids. Given the circumstances, I felt $60 was quite a fair offer, but he felt otherwise, which is his right.

I am interested in buying it at half the price. Are you going to transfer it to the buyer's hosting?

I reinstate my offer for $60. This offer is good for another 20 minutes.
