For winning bid in amount over 15 EUR, the user needs an iTrader of

So what does this mean?

Since this thread was posted first at 2:04 AM and this auction has already received a bid, shouldn't the name just be deleted from the other list that has no bids, no activity and was posted later at 2:08 AM?
