Hey guys,

Our amazingly awesome, super cute, lovable and affectionate pet guinea pig Fred, has gotten sick, and racked up $800 in vet bills that we were not expecting! He is not even 1 year old yet, and has a major ear infection, that may leave him with irreparable damage. There was no way for us to know this, as he didn't show any serious signs or symptoms until last night.

SO! Since we love our little friend, We had to fix him! and, now i need to TRY to make some cash quickly.

I'll give you what info i know about this domain. ATX is what we here in Texas, call Austin, Texas.
The CONDO market in Austin, has been GROWING exponentially since 2006. There are now THOUSANDS of condos for sale, and LITERALLY every new MAJOR BUILDING AND SKYSCRAPER downtown on our beautiful skyline, are ALL CONDOS, ranging in price from 400,000 to 16 MILLION DOLLARS!!!! and there are currently two more skyscrapers going up, both of which are condos!

What i'm getting at is, there are TONS upon TONS of real estate agents who would LOVE to have this name, as well as several MAJOR players in the condo game who would also love to have it, not to mention the condos themselves. AS A DOMAINER, you know what the domain is "technically" worth, HOWEVER, THE MARKET HERE GIVES THIS NAME SERIOUS EARNING POTENTIAL and you know as well as i do, that something is worth what someone is willing to pay!!!! I have been entertaining offers anywhere between $500-$24,000 for this domain, but NO ONE IS MAKING A SOLID DECISION AND

I just need to liquidate QUICK and get some money coming in to help with the bills.
