Nice colors, but IMHO the text under the logo uses a bad font - not too easy to read.

The round corners around:

Includes a mini URL-form on every HTML page
Remove client-side scripting (i.e. Javascript)
Accept HTTP cookies
Show images
Show referring website in HTTP headers
Use rotate13 encoding on the URL
Use base64 encoding on the URL
Strip meta HTML tags
Strip Website title
Store cookies for this session only
Open URL in a new window

are not so round.

I would ditch the adult banners and only leave mainstream ones.
Or redesign the site to be pink and feature only adult ads.

I really like that image to the right in your banner - very attractive.
I'm viewing in Opera so this may not be valid for other browsers, but I'd get rid of the blue underlining under Home and Links.
I would get rid of the adult banners/buttons. Besides, at the moment you have to scroll down to see them, rendering them pretty useless.
Also, when you Surf, those little tick boxes are useless as you haven't indicated what they actually do.

The background on the left and right of the borders should be a different color. That should bring all of the attention straight to your content. I also think you should have more links than links and home. Also, the 4 ads at the bottom are killing your site. I would recommend making it more colorful and add some more pictures. The color scheme is dark, which is okay, but there are a limited amount of colors.

Change the times new roman font style to verdana or arial. The site is not bad, simple layout, but the times new roman font is killing me. I think I have developed a phobia :D
