Attention all PHP scripters and Graphic DesignerS

I am looking for a small group of 5-10 peoples to assist me in the creation of a soon to be repitable website. I havent quite decided on the subject yet, but I was leaning on the following

WEBSITE IDEAS

A free blog (ex: myspace | xanga)
free web based email (ex gmail)
A online game site (ex gettiffany | outware)
A lottery (explaintion : people by a ticket via paypal, and that money is put into a pot. We keep lets say 10%, and the people choose 6 numbers. ) Note about this idea... i have no clue about laws, so i would have to do some research.

REQUIREMENTS

SCRIPTING
-------------
Knowledge of MySQL intergration.
Knowledge of PHP functions, vars, and other complex essentials.
Vast knowledge of GET functions for intergaring data.



GRAPHIC DESIGN
--------------
Some skills in Adobe Photoshop
Ability to create logos, banners, and all nessacary essentials
Basic Flash and Animation.
