Personally, I will use minimal landers without domain talk for all dictionary (aka Sapphire) words. Dictionary words sell themselves, and I see no benefit to enhanced marketing for them (and only downside for those types after conversations with UDRP experts).

However for all non-dictionary premium - I will add Domain Talk. Buyers can ignore if it doesn't serve them, but perhaps it will. We shall see.

I tested it, the Jack voice sometimes repeats same phrases, also if you change the voice during process it will give a glitch at the end and some empty track. They should disable changing voice during processing, but of course this is rare that someone will change it like I did.
