domain AthleticsEvents.net???

Hello,
I'd like to know your opinions on this domain, considering it's close to summer and Olympics is next year, do you think it will be easy to sell?

This domain may have a little value for development, but I see a couple of things working against it. It is a double plural and .net. That said it still might be in the $xx range
