How would the domain be developed, what type of uses would you think the name would have ?
These are important things to consider when estimating a domain's value.

At the moment the search results for those keywords point almost exclusively to at&t. So a brand would have to be built on this term which is totally different to their services, if the domain is to have any value.

Monetization via parking is not a good idea because the traffic would belong to at&t, which would probably result in at&t sueing for cybersquatting.

The AT Global Services can be anything - right now the site is developed as an IT company. people always mistype AT&T. you can also build at&t keyword search for atglobalservices but thats probably not recommended. the keywords Global Services are good. let me know your thoughts.

yes Google just indexed it because the site went live recently. it was live before but I closed it.

Sorry I agree, unless you're going to develop your own brand under this domain, it might be worth something, but the domain name itself is very similar to AT&T and that smells trouble...reg fee in that case (if you're lucky)...
