Associated cities - Expo event

I want to buy a geo us City, I've check Sedo, Great Domains, Afternic.... private portfolio... you name it, but none have a geo dot com for sale.
I'm not looking for big cities (impossible to buy) but even coronadobeach.com for example will make me glad to buy it but unfortunatly it's really rare to get it.
So is Associated cities event in San Diego the only place to get in touch with owners and maybe they are willing to sell their domain names or it's not there I could buy?

I'm ready to cash $10 000 and over but seems that many geo owners don't want to sell it even for $100 000.

Geos are tough to wrestle from domainers, and especially good ones. If you're looking for a pure city name, I'd make a list of cities you may be interested in, and research them and then contact the owners to see what you shake loose. Not all may be domainer owned, and times are currently tough for all, so you may find someone who needs some money moreso than a domain they aren't using!

Most Geo Owners at the GeoExpo, probably won't want to part with what they have, as they are the ones who 'got it' with geo domains!!

Great to have your list, you can send me if you want. Also I've check many cities or famous U.S. places but they never land on a parking page but own by a company (eg: rockymountain.com), real estate or goverment (santamonica.com), they will never sell it. Look, what is $100 000 for a real estate company that makes up to 10+ times that amount a year in profits with their website. So if I have to spend million dollar to get a city dot com or great U.S. place, my dream is over.
