associate.com 45,000 USD 2018-12-27 Flippa

For the above price tag for this unique corporate-related one word. Is this a good day for the buyer or a good ROI for the seller.

Good ROI for buyer I believe . In future the price may increase.

Looks like buyer had put $20K bid, when seller put $45K bin which they probably discussed, and they hit it. Still has to be paid I assume?

I don't think Flippa is the right place for such a premium dn, IMHO.

Well, so easy to see how .com is declining, this name will be under $5,000 value in 10 years. Many .xyz names have sold for more.
