I would like peoples opinions and estimations on what they think this domain www.AsSeenOnTv.cloud is worth.
Sedo has a valuation of $19999

Sedo is very very very wrong on this one.

In fact .. I'd go so far as to say this domain doesn't have any significant value at all.

This is a classic example of a good valuable SLD string ("AsSeenOnTV") connected to a TLD (.cloud) that makes no sense together.

Now if you had AsSeenOnTV.Shop or .store or even AsSeenOn.TV .. then that would be worth something.
