I'm not sure where you got those search results for "as seen on tv center". According to the Adwords keyword planner, there are zero results for those keywords (even set to a broad match). asseenontvcenter.com is indeed taken but it's also developed. I can't find any sales records on it so it's a strong possibly that it was a hand-reg that someone decided to develop.
