ASP n flash guru

Hey
my friend [whose in pakistan] is really really great with ASP and flash
He has a good grip on complete macromedia software ranges.

He knows Java and vb scripts very well

1- In Networking He completed MCSE ,CCNA , CCNP (Switching and routing), Linux and Solaris

Due to the lack of resources..he is unable 2 find a good job..
He is in pakistan therefore he doesnt have paypal..
