How much do you think this domain is valued at without developement.

If I develope this into an entertainment forums with music, blogs, news, etc, how much would this value for.

The .sc are not too popular. Unless you are catering to people from the .sc country code than in my opinion I do not think it is good name. You gotta keep in mind that ICANN can and will keep on coming up with new B.S. country codes, which is why the only extensions that are truly valuable are really generally just the more popular .com .net .org .info .biz and... (.ca + .eu because they are not B.S. country codes)

It will be your burden--through development--to make the .sc into "source." If you pull that off, you should be able to accrue better value from the unlikely .sc tld. As is, undeveloped, the name is reg fee. I am in somewhat the same situation with my Yosemite.Pk domain. I will need to develop it to make "pk" become associated with "park" instead of Pakistan.

Asian.sc value fully developed--- will completely be determined based on the look of the website, visitation, and monetization. I still go by the old monthly revenue times ten rule of thumb.
