Well I personally dont see a lot of value to it since .org, .info and the other TLDs are not taken. The only TLDs taken are .com (undeveloped) and .net (Link to a forum). Moreover you have the dash in the in between and its also a .net so the appraisal you got there is a little unrealistic. A reasonable value would be low $xxx.
