According to this artice .asia and .web will be coming out next year. What do you guys reccomend for grabbing the best names first? is their a method to beat the rush or reserve??

.Asia will not be run on a first come first served basis. Once sunrise trademark applications are done you submit your application for a domain through your registrar, if you are the only applicant you get the name. if there are multiple applications the domain goes to auction run by Pool.com and all the applicants bid for the name, top bidder takes it.

It's hard to disagree with Frank Schilling's opinion on these two, as stated both in the article and elsewhere. In the case of .asia, I personally find it impossible to disagree with him - as much as I would like to do so

I am from .asia, i mean Asia. But i think .web is better than .asia in terms of popularity potential if ever it will become.

i think there crap also however if bought and sold to end users couldn't they be big money makers for people who invest?
