What is the cost of fabricating, launching and maintaining satellites as opposed to street lights?

You might be able to wholesale this for $500 to $2K, though.

Yeah I have no idea how that is supposed to be cheaper than street lights. But ey, I can't wait for them to test it out . Thanks for the insight!
