What can I say, I like these new gTLDs.

virtual.army (cyberwarfare)
hacker.army (cyberwarfare)
geek.army (I like the term "geek" better than "nerd")
cyborg.army (http://www.cnbc.com/id/101664183)
drone.airforce (I like the common "drone" term better than "UAV", "UAS", etc.)
drone.army (the air force is not the only military branch with large quantity of drones)
drone.navy (navy also has drones)

I lost the general availability lottery for robot.army

private.army (think mercenaries or protection of high networth individuals)

wounded.vet (for helping with the aftermath of war)

I like your choices. Drone domains are interesting, hacker.army is a cool domain. Wounded.vet would be a great blog for a vet to build, to talk about his experiences, his/her recovery, etc.

To be honest, I'm a bit surprised that these gTLDs are available to the general public. They seem like they should belong to the government... sort of like .gov or . edu for educational institutions.

Interesting that the registry seems to be holding back all of the U.S. aircraft carrier names from .navy...like enterprise.navy, nimitz.navy, johnfkennedy.navy, CarlVinson.navy, etc. Except for America.navy, which you can register for $56,000, lol, I don't think so.

Not personally, but the interest is certainly there. One "hip" site with a new gTLD, and they'll be a common occurrence.

in future warfare, there may not be even website any more. and there should be an independent military force instead of the army. but, these domains might be either sold to the mil for good price or commandeered in times of war
