domain Area Code Info's

I like regional .info's. I wonder if Area Code related info's might not be better than Zip Code info's as they generally encompass larger areas. Here are my newest regs (.com's were taken in most, if not all):

All .INFO:

areacode808 : 1440 OVT (Hawaii)
areacode816 : 1504 OVT (Kansas City MO)

Comments? As usual, I think they have more value developed, but what are your views on area code .info's in general as well?

Develope the site or maybe have a telephone directory or yellow/white pages.

Seeing the frantic rush on area code .info names, I wonder about international locations. Trouble is, at first glance I cannot see how one would think of .info. Aside from advertising, white/yellow pages, etc., how would one drive traffic to such sites and get hard cash from them?

Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

IMO, aside from .com, .info is the most logical choice: info about the area code 609 (for example). A portal to all the popular travel destinations in the 609 area (which happens to be Atlantic City), along with pertinent contact info.. there are so many angles you could exploit. When looking for a phone number in a particular area code, who do you call? INFOrmation!

Now, what about values.. developed and undeveloped, to keep on topic?

My idea: post periodic complimentary ads for local businesses, then contact them to see if they'd like to "upgrade" their listing to a "paid" ad. Just haven't decided on an actual site format as yet.

County

Seems to me these are decent regs.. any guesses as to value undeveloped?
