In the expired domains forum (also for unregistered/available domains), people (like myself) will often post domain(s) that we have found available or dropping soon, but are not going to register ourselves. If another NPer sees a name he/she likes, often times they will kindly donate a few NP$ to the name finder for their efforts.
In this case, Andriegel is saying he has found the domain Mysecretmail.com available, and thinks someone might register it & drop a few NP$ his way. He's providing a service which many other NPers appreciate.
