None that strike me as anything worth more than reg fee i'm afraid.

DOWNTOWNSTARS.COM - I don't see the correlation between the two words.
ESTATEBARGAINS.NET - I don't see estates & bargains working well together, but you may get some interest. low xx
GETTOSTARS.COM - possible celeb bio or address lookup page, needs dev. regfee-low xx
STREETBARGAINS.NET - I know "street" is a term used in different industries for the realistic bargain price, so the words go well together. pity it's a .net, low xx
CORRUPTGOV.COM - I like it, I revently gave away badpoliticians.com and it was developed into a nice site. You should do the same if you have any political interest, since people seem to be very eager to find something wrong with the gov these days.
FIRSTSTOPGAMES.COM - regfee
FIRSTSTOPHOSTING.NET - regfee. I think a webhost should have a .com address
HOLLYSTARS.NET - regfee, unless people refer to hollywood as stars, I don't see the value in this name.
HOOKEDONGAMES.NET - a gamer addiction help site? in that case, .org would be better. A funny site with videos of people paying video games for hours and hours...priceless name alone: low xx
LIVECOMPS.COM - live competitions? I like it, low xxx eventually, mid xx wholesale
MAINGAMES.NET - regfee
MANYBIDS.NET -regfee
MAXIMUMPLAYER.COM -low xx together with name below
MAXIMUMPLAYERS.COM low xx together with name above
MELODYHOUSE.NET - hmm.. I don't like .net with this, regfee
MUSICCRAZY.NET - interesting name, low-mid xx
NUTWARS.COM - lol, perfect for a star wars parody site. Do it! name: low xx.
THETICKETSTORE.NET - regfee
CAPITOLVOIP.COM - The area around Albany, NY is the Capitol Region, so this might be a nice one to hold on to. low xx wholesale, end user value would be a lot more
FIRSTSTOPVOIP.COM - would need a company to name it's service this, in that case they'd just take it from you
MINUTEVOIP.COM - same as above
RNBSTARS.COM - too tired to look this one up, so no comment
SUPREMEVOIP.NET - same as two voip names above


Whew, usually we try and keep it down to a few names at a time, but oh well.

Most of the names are ok and suitable for some development
But Regfee until then

FIRSTSTOPHOSTING.NET - regfee. I think a webhost should have a .com address

I just had to comment
One of the few uses that .net does suit is WebHosting

But let me ask you doesnt it make more sence for a Hosting company to get .net (Network) than .com (Commercial) since it practically part of a network?

From a customer's prospective, if the company owns just the .net, it seems like they aren't serious enough to get the .com

I was gonna say that CORRUPTGOV.COM looks like it could be a lot of fun. As a blog. If you were to develop it yourself it could be worth something, coupled with AdSense.

But you'd need to be one hell of a writer.
