Are proxy sites violating Google TOS ?

I have a proxy site and I dont know if I can put the ads on him ...
if I put them up I will violate Google TOS ?

From what I've heard, front page is OK but not on any frames after the user is using the proxy - if you have a bar along the top for example.

As I say, that's what I heard, if someone would like to confirm (or deny) that is the case....

I have a proxy site. Today I received an email from Google saying that they have disabled the adsense for the site. The reason ? You cannot show your adsense ads on pages which display OTHER peoples content. Hense, you can't put them on the proxied pages (like a banner at the top).
The front page is ok. I suppose I'm lucky they didn't cancel the account.

Yes, I have experience.
http://unblockmyspace.com --- had it on the frame... got blocked.
my other sites: http://proxykey.com and http://proxysurfing.us i never had on the frame and is not blocked.

Yes you can use it on a proxy site. As long as you dont click on the ads thru a proxy.

Actually the ads don't show up on proxied pages usually.

Well you may jus enquire this situation by mailing the Google Adsense Support team and listening to there reply.

They will clear it n hope u can recieve the best answer abt the placement.
