Are my NP auction end times easy to understand?

Hello,

I have been using the following auction end time terms lately and would like some feedback.

I think that some members may be confused or have trouble interpreting my auction end times. IMO, doing my terms this way is better because buyers can bid knowing that the aution will end in, at most, 5 days. Rather go on forever with bid extension after bid extension.

Does this confuse you?

-- The Details --

All Auctions End: 48hrs after the final bid is posted or 5 days after the initinal bid was posted. Whichever comes first.

Thanks for your help,
GG

It's somewhat confusing, but reasonable. Make sure you maintain an update commentary as the auction proceeds.

In reality, orderly auctions often require a lot of fine print. The other reality is that many bidders do not read the fine print.

Not confusing at all. I wish everyone did their auctions like that. Most people just say 48 hrs after the last bid and for a strange reason just start counting down 48 hrs at whim. So this is great.

Sounds ok to me .. my experience is you'll always find at least one person confused by simple instructions.

Listening to customers order over the drivethru speaker has destroyed my faith in human intelligence. Many times people won't even know what fast food restaurant they've pulled into. They'll have the menu board right there in front of them and invariably order things not on the menu or from another restaurant chain.

Not confusing at all. You can also replace initial bid with initial (first) bid.

BTW, you misspelled "initial"

No GG,
That seems pretty self-explanatory to me.

"48hrs after the final bid is posted or 5 days after the initinal bid was posted. Whichever comes first".

I don't see how that could be mis-interpreted in any way.
Seems kinda long...5 days, but the 48 hrs. after the final bid,
seems to be the standard
but it is def. ez to understand!

take care,
Red Rock!
