Are high spam/scam tlds worth the time/money? Even with a premium name?

.loan, .work, .men, .organic and even .world as the others I believe are free ones.

Main concern is if it gets developed its more likely gets flagged. Or hope not?

I think if an extension is mostly used for malicious content and people start to recognise that, than it is no longer a good investment option.
