Are .cc Domains in Search Results

I'm thinking of setting up my own landing page, and have figured out which script I'll use.

There are a few decent looking .com domain names out there which I could use for my site, but there's a far greater choice of names available in extensions such as .cc.

An added bonus is that there could be a positive spinoff if the domain is also in use in a number of other extensions, especially .com

I haven't got any .cc extensions, what do you guys think, are search engines (notably Google) ignoring .cc domains, or are they getting listed in their search results?

google doesn't ignore .cc, you don't see many results because there aren't many quality websites using the extension.

search for arduino or clip convertor and you'll see!
