Are .ca domains worth anything now, and what about the future

I have the ability to buy .ca domains being that I live in Canada. Iwas wondering if these are worth reg or not? Most of the time I have found that my .ca's do better than my .info and even better than some of my .net's. I own alot of .ca's already but wonder if I should continue or not. Most of the big sales I here about are .com and .net. Is it harder to sell a .ca? Does the buyer have to live in Canada? How do you deal with the CIRA?

This Question goes out there to anyone with the answers!

Thanks- Del. :?

Depends on the domain, it'll take alot longer
for random 4 letter domains, or 3 character
domains to be worth anything in .ca unless they have
a meaning.
LLL's and common words are doing quite well,
keep in mind...alot of .ca sales are not reported to the public -
I don't know why. :(

As far as your buyer meeting the requirements, give them this
link CIRA
and ask they check the requirements before bidding on
or buying your .ca's

As far as registering more...if you find a good one - grab it!
Before it's gone...and they will be :)
You may have to sit on it for awhile and the payoff won't
be like the .com However I've had .ca's that far exceed my .com's .net's etc in perfomance and sales!

I have found that Canadian targeted .ca's have a great CTR. In fact my best CTR domain is a .ca with 48.18% Click through rate on the average over the last 20 mths.

I am firm believer in .ca's even though they would do awesome if CIRA took off the Canadian Citizen or entity holds the domain extinction still does well. But like all extensions you need a good name.

Good keywords still

Do not assume that parking a .ca will provide you with some big steady income. I've reg'd a few keyword .ca domain that have easily paid for themselves in parking (at parked.com and indexed with some SEO work) but they are just waiting until they can be properly developed. Once developed the income will increase.

You have to think long term.

:-/ I was really starting to wonder about the .ca domains. :) But with all the positive feedback I just registered another .ca domain called Blue Jean Haven. It had good stats in estibot and Google keyword search. :)
