I plan to either sell the domain name or keep it and create an arcade site.

Development would be a better idea. Undeveloped it will only fetch you Low $xx in resale market, possibly more to an end user but with development you can easily get good three figures.

I have chosen to add some content to it - hope to get some traffic soon.
Although this is not a custom script, it might get better with a custom template, which I'll probably be ordering soon.
