If you are truly making $500/mo, why not keep it and try to develop it further? If you wish to sell, because of the current profit I would say you could bag maybe high $xxxx. The name isn't that good (something I would appraise at mid $xx) but hey, if its getting that many visitors it's definitely doing its job.

$5000. You could sell it hear, or somewhere like sitepoint.com. List it at a BIN of $5000, and you should be able to sell no problem.

Depending on current site growth, most people sell for 6 - 12 months of revenue, possibly more.

I also agree that the name is not very attractive...

Thanks for all the comments, im saving up for a motorbike which will need to be bought very soon, as i have in England, the dollars are not worth as much as pounds so i would rather sell it then keep getting cheques of revenue.

So what is the lowest i should sell this website for?

However, I had a few questions. Your site has no alexa rank, and when looking at the menu bar stats, had only 3 game plays yesterdays, and I was the only person on at the time. How in the world do you make ~17 dollars a day?

It had over 200, The ads get great value per click, i setup the ads that way. Hense the huge money making

Alexa sucks anyways, only goes for people who have there toolbar...plus the site is fairly new.

Im looking at getting a better placement for my ads and the design at the moment looks quite bad i think.

I just think it needs a new look, and a new script, should make it better for the next owner and make it a bit more user-friendly.
