OnArcade has all the same features and more compared to phparcadescript. Plus PHPAS layout is hideous

Both layouts are basically the same, PHPAS just seems to use borders more which would be ez to change/edit, colors are also fixed easily.

What does OnArcade offer that PHPAS doesnt, I know for a fact that PHPAS comes with more games installed.

yes and no. onArcade is missing some features that phpArcade script has - onArcade doesn't have custom pages (will have in 1.1) and I think there was something else too.
phpArcade script on the other hand is missing games framing, smilies, category permissions, admin who is having problems with internet connection and some other smaller things.
