I believe Ed Pudol was the original guy which came out with this script. He offered a unique deal which allows for anyone to resell his script with or without modification. Some have used this script made modification and sold as their own with their own terms while others like Jakey just sold the original script from Ed Pudol http://www.edpudol.com/gas.php .
