Do not use estibot valuations as an indicator of value or any auto appraisal tool for that matter. The search statistics and comps, are what you should be looking at if you want to hand register domains. You should also be doing market research and surveying the amount of business under that name. It being an ngtld there is not much liquidity in the namespace you wish to operate in so the aftermarket sales volume is minimal. Unless you can successfully outbound this name, it will be a very difficult sale. You might get reg fee to low xxx for it. There are much better options available in the market for end users.
