Aprilscoffee.com = only of value to a coffeeshop/coffeemaker named after April; you could tack on any first name in the world to 'coffee', so no value here without the existing store.

AprilCoffee.com = nice name for a coffeeshop. April is the spring month, birds, flowers, scents, first real sun and greenery after winter, nice connotations of freshness and spring. Still not much value, if any, above reg fee IMO, but wanted to comment on the freshness of this as a prospective name for a cheery, sunny, quality coffeeshop
I LIKE these names, they're pretty; just don't see a value in them domain-name wise undeveloped, sorry.
Since you've got them reg'd for a year anyways, park 'em over at Sedo in the food & beverage category, might just trigger a feeling in someone. Put a small price on them, something like 1 - 200 clams tops, just in case someone trolling by thinks, 'pretty'.

April Coffee

I really appreciate the input everyone. Bannen, this really puts things in perspective. I can say I agree with everything including your analysis. My idea for the site did have to do with branding specialty coffee under the that domain. I was thinking along the lines of flavored coffee, vanilla, nutmeg, coconut flavored, etc. I have some distributors that I have been having discussions with and the pricing and product placement would be reflective of the upscale name.
