It is also a developed site with small amount of traffic and a couple of sales. Nothing major.​

This is funny You are asking for a appraisal for a domain appraisal website. If you do professional domain appraisals shouldn’t you know the value of the domain name? Anyway I say mid $xx to high $xx only because it is developed. .
