Appraise with Estibot

Hi I found domain, which estibot appraise with com extension 580,000 USD and with co.uk it is 17,000 USD. Co.uk is available. Do you think I should buy it? How reliable is estibot?

Don't use any bot for serious appraisal!

Premium/Geo domains only = 4-6 figures price.

U need manual research to make a right decision.

Look at all of the other information that estibot provides as well. In anchor, in title, backlinks, alexa, page rank, etc.. Estibot can be quite accurate with it's appraisals not always though. Sounds like this one is worth tasting at least.

its not the appraise in Estibot that I use, but the other informations you get, WT/day, Overture, PPC ads and so on.

They are more important then what Estibot says the value is, imo.

if you are not taking it,post it here anyway then,perhaps I like $ 17000 for 7 pound.

Take estibot and dnscoop appraisal.
If prices differs alot (for example 100$ and 1000$), then pick the lower+50%.

If prices are near (100 and 200$), make average.

At the end divide price with 3 or 5 and You got final price. For adult site, divide with 50.
