Exponentially, possibly ... depending on content, traffic, potential membership/clients, niche, and demand, as well as marketing/advertising (branding) and revenue/profit.

Most experienced domainers will tell you that paid appraisals are not very meaningful. They usually give inflated, unrealistic appraised values, which feed your ego and make you happy. Perhaps happy enough to come back for more.

However, if you are truly hankering for an appraisal, I suggest that you go with either afternic.com or sedo.co.uk. These guys run their own very popular domain sales websites, and visitors to these websites probably tend to give the appraisals more weight.

If you want cheap, I'm sure a quick google search will get you a lot of results. But none anyone will readily believe.
