It should be more valuable when the 2 words are joined together as in "downline". This is a big word in the multi-level marketing industry.

Silly me, I didn't realize downline was an actual word. This is premium. Good buy.

See how many pages of Adword advertisors? The funny thing is the brokers at SEDO value it at ONLY $1,000...I guess they think that it is a worthless two-worded "down line".

It was recently certified as a premium domain with a score of 681.

Any toughts on the price?

I would say that high $x.xxx for an end user, or even low $xx.xxx. As per reseller value, I do not know but definitely more than $1.xxx. Somewhere in the mid $x.xxx is my tip.
But this one is definitely an end user name. And I prefer more downline as down line. It is more marketable for some kind of MLM. For the right buyer it could be priceless.

Surely $x,xxx. The word 'downline' seems to be associated with MLM and affiliate programs quite a bit although I'm sure I've heard it used in a number of other contexts too. Depending on how much the word is used, could be worth low $xx,xxx.
