Hard call; as I've said in other threads, it's always a risk having a TM name which is why I don't get them. But my domaining pard does, and actually sold a Google name about a month ago for almost x,xxx.
But I think selling a google name, even a good one, is an extremely rare thing. If you want to keep it and just wait around for the Cease & Desist order and take your chances, you'll at least be taking an educated risk now that you've heard from a couple of us Nameproer's about it.
C & D's are (usually) nothing to fear, as long as you comply things usually happen quite politely - large firms spend so much time chasing down TM squatters that it's business as usual with them, not like they're going to concentrate on YOU... unless you want to fight them. THEN substance can really hit the fan.
If you want to keep the name, then I'd say it's a little catchy and someone else just might want to take the chance with it... for xx or low xxx at most.
But it's not REAL nice in any way, and almost certain c&d eventually with google, so IMO not highly worth keeping for the risk.
*If you choose to drop it, let your registrar know and they should drop it immediately; if they're reputable, they'll also give you a credit so you can reg another name... if you drop it within their time limit (it differs by registrar, but usually only a few days).
Good luck!
