It's not always easy to value your own domain based off of what others have sold for because you don't know all the reasons they sold for that amount. Could be branding, traffic, unique content or really just anything. In short, the value of the domain MoneyTalks.tv has really nothing to do with your domain, other than you both share the same extenion. It's like saying all white girls with blonde hair like barbie. You know that because you once heard that one white girl with blonde hair does, so all wh ite girls must like her. No? Same kind of concept applies here. You must value your own domain based on its own merits.
I say that Animated Video doesn't go well with the .TV ext. It just doesn't have a good flow to it. When I think of .tv domains, I think they should be television related and putting words like video in it, just doesn't sit well with me. So reg fee is what I think it's worth.
MoneyControl.tv would probably run into some trademark issues if you tried to profit from the brand the MoneyControl.com people have built up. I didn't do a ton of research into it, but enough to see that they look pretty serious and that usually means they come with some pretty serious lawyers.
