Undeveloped I cant see any major value in this, also its worth bearing in mind that noob is often typed n00b as well, so you really need both noobgamer.com and n00bgamer.com.

But still, would only be worth reg fee - low $xx.

A simple arcade could help to add value, although this is already a saturated market and revenue from this isn't great unless you are prepared to put a lot of effort in.
