domain Appraise my domain

I have a question. Domain appraisal, is it becased on just the domain name, or based one overall, such as links, age, etc. But anyway, here's mine:

Domain appraisals, especially here on the forums are based on what the appraiser believes the value of the domain to be. Many appraisers use different techniques to come to values. I personally compare to recent sales.

Initial indications of this domain name, dont look promising. Very few search results. However, youve managed to point out something very good about the domain name. It has thousands of backlinks and has a PR3 ranking, which tells me it probably gets some good traffic.

The real value is based on the performance and really how much this domain is making per month. I cant give an appraisal without that information, because the domain alone isnt worth much more than reg fee.
