I am confused. Didn't the OP ASK for our opinion? TM infringement is one of the main reasons why some folks call investors *squatters*, even though most of us do not own TM names.

I don't think anyone here was particularly harsh towards the OP. Some were sarcastic yes...but not harsh. This place IS a place for new-comers to learn, and yes not everyone will be super-nice while responding.
But, it is something that you've to expect when you ask questions...well...the type of which has been asked and answered here time and time again.

To the OP: your domain maybe worth something to someone who's CONFIDENT that he/she would be able to resell it to BrandBucket but it is a bad investment on your part because chances of that happening are slim. There are hundreds of decent freshly deleted domains that you can look up for free at ExpiredDomains (.net) - free of charge - do some research on what domains DO NOT generally sell If you are trying to get into this biz with minimal investment, THAT would be a good way to start.

The problem with so called VIP members here is that they think they can misbehave or they are some sort of government authority on domains. You can give your opinion, not degrade the new ones who come here for appraisals. You never made any mistakes while picking up the names?
It is fast becoming a trend here to discourage new domainers. I know a few Vips sold xx12 for thousands but names dont matter then. They have zero knowledge, zero respect and obviously they come here after a fight with their wives or whoever. Do not mind, you made it a fight club.
