Because you might not readily equate book reviews with .tv, it will require branding and development IMO. mid xx - high xx, as is, undeveloped.

an idea i just thought of: maybe it cud be a book review site but it also allows people to upload a recorded video of the book review. like a recording from a web cam uploaded and possibly streamed via media player?

I don't think that many people would flock to the idea of recording themselves reading a book review, and I would definitely never watch somebody doing that. No offense intended, but boring.....
