Are .co.uk domains worth a lot less than .coms How do you appraise this domain?

From my experience a .co.uk is like 10-15% of a dot com in general but there are exceptions.

I would say very low x.xxx$ would be a max price I would pay for this as a reseller.

Make an offer of $1k just to get the attention of the owner. After that try to keep the price under $2k

I guess the owner will ask for mid-high $x,xxx

I think this sold at Sedo for a lot more than quoted here. Somewhere around the high $x,xxx range I think.
