.....and you think that there are no trademark issues?....someone in vancouver can still be sued by someone in China over trademarks or copyright.

i filed for the trademark in usa and china of alifest and alifest.com .. alifest.com trademark might be a bit tricky but alifest has been published for opposition in the usa and there were no problems .. same went for china but that is a lengthy process so i'm not sure how that will end up .. looking to put alifest on promotional products etc..

hard to appraise for a domain like that......its value will depend on proven traffic and monthly, consistent income.

Selling it now might be difficult because of potential TM issues, tho

Get your ducks all in order then proceed according to your business plan.

thanks .. and your right.. seems like a tangled web .. I'm even afraid to ask to link to Alibaba.. not sure i can fight a company that big halfway around the world .
