I got hit the same way with "minors rights"; big difference when you add the quotation marks.

...but thats about all it has going for, its a word, cant think of any real uses for it.

When I see things like this it's hard for me to believe that people--most especially new people to the industry--use paid appraisals to get their ego fed. This name is not worth $4k--you just gave Afternic money for something you are receiving free from peers...how does that feel?

I agree with cfguru360, you should listen to people's advice here. Paid appraisals massage ego's to relieve people of easy money. Anyone in the industry knows most are worthless, if anything they are an indication of a lack of experience on the domian owners part. What is said here may seem harsh, but you will thank people for it in the end. Mid $xx
