Exactly my views.
And the prime reason, why I do not appraise names.
If names are very catchy and if you can find an end user who wants to use that name, well, the worth depends on how much the end user wants to pay not how much you want. Thats not about the names with prime keywords which everyone wants.
But those names that sound very good for development or have development potential are very difficult to appraise. Since not only development but other things play important role to put a a value. Such as how much is the traffic for the developed site and how much it is earning including the design of the site. Now that makes the whole development issues difficult since you also have to compete with existing sites, which is not easy at least in my experience. Of course if you have the financial backup and good plan, thats a different issue. Also, once you decide to develop, most of the names will fit the requirement anyway.
So one way out of this could be to seek the end users and kind of pursuade them to get your names. And of course thats needs hardwork.
Also if the name has built in traffic and OVT, thats a different issue.
Unless you provide those attributes, I can not really appriase your name.
Thanks,
Gamehouse

What would be a Good way to develop the domain? There are more then enough pc review sites running about so trying to compete against them would take a lot of effort and financial backing I would think.. Any suggestions on Development for PCUniverse.net?
